We Specialize in Piles and Piers

We will meet with you or do a phone consultation with your builder or both and review the soil test, and land survey to prevent damage to underground plumbing and electrical wiring,  review engineers recommendations, and meet on site to make sure the land is clear for installing piles.  Then we will select the appropriate pile for the required ultimate mechanical capacity required.

The property will be marked for location of the piles and a log book and map will be made to show where each pile was inserted and the maximal load for each one.  We have ten's of options in both raw steel and galvanized piles for every location including ocean frontage in Florida.  We can install Piles with loads up to 120,000 lbs. per pile

The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup,  removal of equipment. Getting your log book signed and sealed, and providing copies of each pile report to present to your inspector and town.
